SHOPPING INFORMATION

There’s a set price of delivery charge. However, we often offer a free delivery for certain minimum purchase. 

It depends on your location and distance. We will either delivery the order in person or use a third party service to delivery your order.

 

You will be receiving a confirmation order through the email, and just wait for your order to be arrivved at your place.

 

You will receive an automatic email order with detail information. You will not receive an invoice unless you request it. 

You should receive the product that you see in the picture, however, occasionally we have changed the design even though the same product inside. 

You are welcome to return the item as long as it hasn’t been opened and tempered. The customer pays for the return shipping, unless the error was done by us.

Yes, we will, usually in a couple of days, however, might take longer. Please contact us for further information.

Wishlist is the menu where customer can save their wish or favorite products that will remind customer in their next purchase. Wishlist can be seen in Customer’s dashboard account.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Currently we have set up our payment uses paypal account and credit card, therefore the payment will be taken once you put the order.

You should not getting extra charges than what you have purchased, if you do please let us know, we will investigate.

 

 

It depends on what’s causing the damage. If we cause the damage and give you the wrong product, we will do the exchange for you and pay for the shipping, and you can keep the original product if you want to.

Yes, you may change or cancel the order,  as long as we still have the original products. 

 

It’s a tracking number we have each product we have shipped to our customer.
